RAD Picks Up ROSA Security Robot Order, Starts Building Sales Funnel

Detroit, Michigan, May 18, 2022 — Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., ( OTCPK:AITX ), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) has signed its first authorized dealer in the United Kingdom and has received an order for a ROSA security robot. Additional details, including the name of the new dealer will be released in the future.

“Market similarities between the UK and North America make our solutions a natural fit in that market,” said Mark Folmer, President of RAD. “I’ve had strong relationships with leaders in the UK’s security industry for years, and I’m thrilled that there will now be a qualified dealer bringing RAD solutions to this large and vibrant market.”

With the addition of the new authorized dealer, RAD’s dealer network has expanded to 40, covering the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

“It’s important that we continue to build a global network of dedicated RAD dealers. This UK addition is a great step forward for RAD. Having a qualified base of dealers is essential as we aim to deliver tens of thousands of units in addition to innovative software solutions such as RAD Light My Way over the next many years,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX. “This dealer has great a great reputation and tremendous clients that we expect will embrace RAD solutions.”

Reinharz is returning from 2022 IFSEC International, Europe’s premier security trade show. “Companies throughout Europe are yearning for solutions that RAD offers, performance at a lower cost. They’re struggling with the same human resource issues soaring manpower costs that the US and Canada are experiencing. We will continue to build a base of qualified European dealers as we see that market almost the same size as the US,” Reinharz concluded.

RAD’s parent company AITX intends to file for listing on the OTCQB within 10 days of filing its YE2022 10-K which is expected in May.

Two-way communication is optimized for cellular, including live video from ROSA’s dual high-resolution, full-color, always-on cameras. RAD has published two Case Studies detailing how ROSA has helped eliminate instances of theft, trespassing and loitering at car rental locations and construction sites across the country.

Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) is a high-tech start-up that delivers robotics and artificial intelligence-based solutions that empower organizations to gain new insight, solve complex security challenges, and fuel new business ideas at reduced costs.
