Welcome to radsecurity.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. ("RAD," "we," "us," or "our"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (OTCID: AITX).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to the Site only.
They do not govern RAD products or services. If your organization buys, leases, or subscribes to a RAD solution, that relationship is governed by the separate written agreement between RAD and your organization. Nothing on the Site and nothing in these Terms changes, adds to, or overrides that agreement.
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Changes to these Terms and to the Site
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after we post a change means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend you review this page periodically.
We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including any content, feature, or product information, without notice and without liability to you. We do not guarantee that the Site or any part of it will always be available or uninterrupted.
3. Using the Site
The Site does not require an account. If we later offer registration for any part of the Site, additional terms may apply to that area, and we will make them available at the point of registration.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes, to learn about RAD, and to contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system or network
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, launching a denial of service attack, or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or automated means to access or copy the Site or its content, except for search engine crawlers operating in accordance with our robots.txt file
- Harvest or collect information about other visitors
- Frame, mirror, or misrepresent the Site or its content
- Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any software made available through the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, images, photographs, video, audio, logos, page layout, design, software, and the selection and arrangement of all of it, are owned by RAD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks. RAD, ROBOTIC ASSISTANCE DEVICES, SARA, ROAMEO, ROSA, RIO, AVA, RADCAM, RADGUARD, RADSOC, and the RAD logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names, marks, and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with RAD unless we say so.
Limited license. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and, where we offer it, download and print Site content for your own internal business or personal reference. You must keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, license, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
Press and media. Media may use materials made available through our Media Kit in accordance with any terms provided with those materials.
5. Information you submit
Requests and inquiries. When you submit a demo request, contact form, support request, or subscription signup, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about RAD, our products, or the Site, you agree we may use it for any purpose without any obligation to you, including compensation, attribution, or confidentiality. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site.
No confidential relationship. Submitting information through the Site does not create a confidential, fiduciary, or contractual relationship between you and RAD, except as expressly set out in a signed agreement.
6. Product information
We work to keep product information on the Site accurate and current, but specifications, capabilities, availability, configurations, and pricing change. Site content is provided for general information and is not an offer to sell, a warranty, or a specification you should rely on for procurement or design.
Product images, videos, and demonstrations may show optional configurations, prototypes, planned capability, or conditions arranged for demonstration purposes. Performance in any real deployment depends on site conditions, configuration, connectivity, integration with third-party systems, and how the customer operates the solution.
The authoritative description of what a RAD product does, and what RAD commits to, is the written agreement and specification documentation provided to the customer.
7. Forward-looking statements and investor information
The Site contains information about RAD and its parent company, Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (OTCID: AITX). Some of that information, including statements about future products, capabilities, deployments, markets, revenue, and business plans, constitutes forward-looking statements within the meaning of applicable securities laws.
Forward-looking statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and involve risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially. Words such as "expects," "anticipates," "plans," "intends," "believes," "will," and similar expressions are intended to identify forward-looking statements, though not all forward-looking statements contain them.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Site content is not investment advice, and no one should make an investment decision based on it. 8. Third-party sites and content
The Site links to third-party websites, including our careers portal, social media profiles, partner sites, and press coverage. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products, services, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. When you leave the Site, the terms and privacy policy of the destination site apply.
9. Promotions, events, and giveaways
From time to time we may run a promotion, contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, or similar offer through the Site or at an event. Each one is governed by its own official rules, which are made available with that promotion and take precedence over these Terms if the two conflict. Where no separate rules are provided, participation is subject to these Terms, and any prize or item offered is provided as-is with no warranty.
10. No professional advice
Site content, including articles, whitepapers, guides, and comparison material, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, security, engineering, insurance, or investment advice, and it does not account for the specific circumstances of your site, organization, or risk profile. You should obtain professional advice appropriate to your situation before acting on anything you read here.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAD disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAD, its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAD, its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address in the Contact section below, marked "Attn: Copyright Agent," including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Site; your contact details; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We will respond to properly submitted notices as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and we may remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also terminate Site access for repeat infringers.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
16. Export and sanctions compliance
RAD products and technology may be subject to US export control and sanctions laws. You may not access or use the Site, or request information about RAD products, if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are a person or entity on a US government restricted party list.
17. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RAD regarding the Site, and supersede any prior understanding on that subject. They do not supersede any separate signed agreement between RAD and your organization regarding RAD products or services.
Survival. The sections covering intellectual property, information you submit, product information, forward-looking statements, no professional advice, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, copyright complaints, governing law, export and sanctions compliance, and this General section survive any termination of your access to the Site.
