Robotics Assistance Devices (RAD) was founded on the belief that next-generation solutions can help organizations streamline operations, increase ROI and strengthen business.

Those principles have carried us through the last two years as we’ve had to evolve not only our security offerings, but also how we do business.

In August of last year, RAD announced its acquisition by On the Move Systems (OTC PINK: OMVS ). The merger with OMVS allowed RAD access to capital to scale our product portfolio and help further increase our position as a leader in the robotic guard market.

The expansion of our security solutions to include RAD-created artificially intelligent powered technology has driven us to yet another evolution: the renaming of our parent company, OMVS, to Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions (OTC Pink: AITS). The new name reflects the true path of the company as we expect to continue to expand our solutions and bring additional tech-powered entities under the AITS umbrella.

The success of our solutions depends on the innovation of the artificial intelligence technology behind it, and we look forward to continuing to develop new systems and processes that solve problems while reducing costs for our customers.

Stay tuned for more information about the continued evolution of Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions and the expansion of our services.
