RAD devices are now in full production on the Immix platform. Monitoring centers get live video, alarm events, post-alarm recording and device controls from ROSA and RIO directly inside the workflows they already run. SARA operates alongside human operators within Immix, processing events in parallel and executing escalation protocols in real time.

The production release follows the successful completion of user acceptance testing and months of joint engineering work. One of the largest guarding and monitoring companies in the United States was involved in completing UAT and helping move the integration to production readiness. A second large guarding and monitoring company begins its evaluation this month.

RAD devices connect natively to Immix. SARA works inside the platform to process events, verify activity, and execute response workflows in real time.
ROSA or RIO connects to the Immix platform. Live video, alarm events, post-alarm recording and device controls are available to operators immediately.
RAD's edge AI identifies activity at the device level. Detections generate alarm events inside Immix automatically.
SARA processes events in parallel within the Immix environment, verifying activity and filtering noise before an operator needs to act.
SARA engages when appropriate, using two-way audio and visual deterrence directly from the RAD device on site.
SARA executes escalation protocols in real time within Immix: notifying stakeholders, dispatching responders, and logging every action taken.
CONTINUOUS. PARALLEL. INSIDE THE PLATFORM.
Monitoring centers already run on Immix. This integration puts ROSA and RIO directly into that environment with live video, post-alarm recording, and device controls. No separate interface, no context switching.
SARA works inside the Immix platform using an API-less integration model. It deploys like onboarding a new team member and processes events in parallel without requiring infrastructure changes.
By handling routine events in parallel, SARA lets monitoring centers expand capacity without proportional increases in staffing. Response times improve and consistency increases across every shift.
“Our industry has spent years talking about automation inside the monitoring center. SARA Alive Operating Inside Immix demonstrates that this is no longer theoretical. It handles real monitoring workflows with speed and consistency, executing tasks directly within the platform.”
“Now that we’re in production, we’re ready to engage. Immix connects us with many of the most capable monitoring operations in the world. If you’re attending GSX, come talk to us about what this integration can do for your operation.”

Chief Security Officer, RAD

Immix is the global provider of workflow software for commercial central stations and monitoring centers. The platform unifies diverse security systems into a single interface, with an integration ecosystem spanning hundreds of manufacturers and thousands of products.
Deployed across central stations, alarm receiving centers, and enterprise SOCs in more than 50 countries, Immix supports thousands of users managing millions of events every day. UL certified in the US and BS8418 compliant in Europe.
ROSA and RIO are now in full production on Immix. SARA Alive Operating Inside Immix is an SIA NPS Award winner.
SARA deploys into existing Immix environments using an API-less integration model. It works like onboarding a new operator, not installing new software. No infrastructure changes required.
RAD and Immix plan to expand the integration with support for AVA in 2027. Additional device support and functionality will follow based on market demand and operational feedback.
SARA Alive Operating Inside Immix was named a winner in the Commercial Monitoring Solutions category at the SIA New Product Showcase Awards at ISC West 2026.
