Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) today announced that Cancom Security has been named Dealer of the Month for June, 2022. RAD created the Dealer of the Month award to recognize outstanding performance of its channel partners. To qualify for RAD’s Dealer of the Month, authorized dealers must have displayed an exceptional level of activity and momentum in the promotion of RAD solutions to their client base over the past six months.
Cancom Security’s newly created SoC provided an opportunity to have multiple RAD ROSA devices monitored with a property management company located the Pacific Northwest. This customer faced significant risks associated with vagrants, loitering, and homeless trespassing on their retail properties.

Through the use of ROSA, coupled with Cancom’s Remote Operators, the client was able to deter 95% of incidents identified through ROSA’s autonomous responses and the live ‘Call Down’ capability utilized by their remote operators. Trespassers and vagrants were subsequently removed from the property, loitering was thwarted, and a higher sense of security was achieved for the client, their employees and visitors.
